Responsibilities

• Caring for Patients
• Greeting Patients
• Answering Phone
• Scheduling Patients
• Insurance verification and authorizations
• Collection of Patient copays
• Sending claims
• Posting Payments/accounts receivable

Requirements

• Dental office related experience is REQUIRED
• Minimum of one year of experience in a dental front office
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

Nice-to-haves

• Previous use of Open Dental & Flex dental software a plus
