The Front Desk Attendant at ClubSport San Ramon is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk of a premier health and fitness club. This role involves greeting members, handling cash transactions, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including potential weekend shifts, and offers a free membership for employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the front desk, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Make reservations for courts, lessons, and massages.
- Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area to enhance the shopping experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
