About the position

As a Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patients and members. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate a welcoming environment, ensuring that every patient feels valued and cared for. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them upon arrival and checking them in for their appointments. Your role will also involve managing patient accounts, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately using our point of sale software. You will be expected to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, creating a pleasant atmosphere for both patients and staff. In addition to administrative tasks, you will actively participate in marketing and sales initiatives aimed at attracting new patients to our clinics. This includes educating patients about our wellness offerings and services, sharing personal chiropractic experiences, and promoting membership options and packages. You will need to be proactive in re-engaging inactive members and staying updated on current promotions to effectively communicate these to potential and existing patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and patients. You will be expected to work cohesively with your team in a fast-paced environment, supporting team goals and fostering positive relationships. Your willingness to learn and grow within the company will be essential, as will your ability to accept constructive criticism and use it as a tool for personal development. Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent services to members and patients.
  • Gaining memberships to meet sales goals.
  • Greeting members and patients upon arrival and checking them in to see the Chiropractor.
  • Answering phone calls and managing patient inquiries.
  • Re-engaging inactive members to encourage their return.
  • Staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Recognizing and supporting team goals while maintaining positive relationships with team members.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
  • Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
  • Keeping management informed of member concerns and following policies and procedures.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Accepting constructive criticism positively and using it as a learning tool.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least one year of previous sales experience.
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
