About the position

The Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to patients and members while supporting the overall operations of the clinic. This part-time position requires weekend availability and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness and have a strong sales orientation. The coordinator will be responsible for greeting patients, managing patient flow, and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately using point of sale software. The role also involves educating patients about wellness offerings and services, sharing personal chiropractic experiences, and participating in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients to the clinic. In addition to customer service responsibilities, the Front Desk Coordinator will be expected to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, manage patient accounts, and stay updated on membership options and promotions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a winning attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent services to members and patients.
  • Gaining memberships to meet sales goals.
  • Greeting members and patients upon arrival and checking them in to see the Chiropractor.
  • Answering phone calls and re-engaging inactive members.
  • Staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Recognizing and supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
  • Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
  • Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures, and direction.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, accepting constructive criticism positively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least one year of previous sales experience.
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
