The coordinator will be responsible for managing patient flow, greeting members and patients, and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately using point of sale software. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, as the coordinator will participate in marketing initiatives to attract new patients and re-engage inactive members. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Front Desk Coordinator will educate patients about wellness offerings and services, share personal chiropractic experiences, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. The position demands strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will work closely with team members to create a positive atmosphere and uphold the core values of The Joint Chiropractic, which include trust, integrity, excellence, respect, and accountability.
