About the position

The Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to patients and members while contributing to the growth of the clinic. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented environment. The coordinator will be responsible for managing patient flow, greeting members and patients, and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately using point of sale software. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, as the coordinator will participate in marketing initiatives to attract new patients and re-engage inactive members. In addition to sales responsibilities, the Front Desk Coordinator will educate patients about wellness offerings and services, share personal chiropractic experiences, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. The position demands strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will work closely with team members to create a positive atmosphere and uphold the core values of The Joint Chiropractic, which include trust, integrity, excellence, respect, and accountability. This role is not a management position, but it does require a willingness to learn and grow, as well as the ability to accept constructive criticism positively. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong computer skills.
