About the position

As a Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and patients. Your primary responsibility will be to gain memberships and meet sales goals while ensuring a welcoming and organized environment in the clinic. You will greet members and patients upon their arrival, check them in for their appointments, and manage the flow of patients through the clinic efficiently. Your role will also involve answering phone calls, re-engaging inactive members, and staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions. You will be expected to educate patients on wellness offerings and services, sharing your personal chiropractic experiences to foster a connection with them. In addition to your customer service duties, you will participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to our clinics. You will need to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and your workspace, ensuring a pleasant environment for both staff and patients. Your ability to prioritize tasks and work cohesively with others in a fast-paced environment will be essential. You will also be responsible for keeping management informed of any member concerns and adhering to the policies and procedures set by your manager. This position requires a willingness to learn and grow, as well as the ability to accept constructive criticism positively. Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent services to members and patients.
  • Gaining memberships to meet sales goals.
  • Greeting members and patients upon arrival and checking them in to see the Chiropractor.
  • Answering phone calls and re-engaging inactive members.
  • Staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Recognizing and supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
  • Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
  • Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures, and direction.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, accepting constructive criticism positively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least one year of previous sales experience.
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills with members and patients.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice-to-haves

  • Office management or marketing experience.
