About the position

As a Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and patients. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness and have a strong desire to help others. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of patients through the clinic, ensuring that all transactions are completed accurately using our point of sale software. You will also be responsible for maintaining patient accounts, keeping them current and accurate, and participating in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to our clinics. In this fast-paced environment, you will need to prioritize and perform multiple tasks efficiently. You will educate patients on our wellness offerings and services, sharing your personal chiropractic experiences to foster a connection with them. Your strong customer service orientation will be essential as you communicate effectively with members and patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. You will also be expected to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organize your workspace to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The ideal candidate will possess a winning attitude, be driven to climb the company ladder, and have at least one year of previous sales experience. You will need to stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions, confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages to meet sales goals. Additionally, you will be expected to recognize and support team goals, creating and maintaining positive relationships with your colleagues. Accepting constructive criticism positively and using it as a learning tool will be vital for your growth in this role. Responsibilities

  • Staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Recognizing and supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
  • Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
  • Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures, and direction.
  • Willingness to learn and grow and accepting constructive criticism positively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least one year of previous sales experience.
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Office management or marketing experience.
