The Front Desk Coordinator at Ziggy Artistry is a vital role responsible for managing guest communications and supporting the day-to-day operations of the salon. This position involves pre-booking appointments, educating clients about retail products, and enhancing the overall guest experience to drive retention and satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Manage guest communications both in-person and virtually.
  • Pre-book guest appointments while they are in the salon.
  • Educate and sell retail products to clients.
  • Increase utilization of services and retail offerings.
  • Support service providers in their daily tasks.
  • Train new hires on front desk operations.
  • Lead email communication and marketing campaigns.
  • Send out thank you cards to clients.
  • Set up email and texting automation for guest retention.
  • Observe and improve the guest experience to attract and maintain clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and communication software.
