About the position

The Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic plays a crucial role in providing exceptional service to patients and members while supporting the overall operations of the clinic. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness and have a strong desire to help others. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them warmly and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Your responsibilities will include managing patient flow, answering phone calls, and maintaining an organized workspace. You will also be responsible for educating patients about wellness offerings and services, sharing personal chiropractic experiences, and actively participating in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to the clinic. In addition to providing excellent customer service, the Front Desk Coordinator will be tasked with completing transactions using point of sale software, ensuring that all patient accounts are current and accurate. You will need to stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions, and confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages to meet sales goals. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone and computer skills, have at least one year of previous sales experience, and demonstrate a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent services to members and patients.
  • Gaining memberships to meet sales goals, with bonus potential.
  • Greeting members and patients upon arrival and checking them in to see the Chiropractor.
  • Answering phone calls and re-engaging inactive members.
  • Staying updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
  • Recognizing and supporting team goals and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
  • Confidently presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
  • Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures, and direction.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, accepting constructive criticism positively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least one year of previous sales experience.
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
