Our service-oriented office is looking for a full-time or part-time Front Office Receptionist who will make a personal commitment to the health of our patients. Our hours are family-friendly and, we believe in a stress-free and sophisticated work environment, where team members enjoy working together to serve our patients. Guaranteed hours 36 to 40 hours a week. Please ask questions regarding the schedule to be sure this would be a great fit for you too! As the first point of contact for our patients, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a critical role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Assist in the collection of payments and manage billing inquiries. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before patient appointments. Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management. Skills Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with dental office procedures. Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role within a medical or dental setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle patient concerns effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with patients and staff. Experience in medical collections is a plus but not required.
