Our service-oriented office is looking for a full-time or part-time Front Office Receptionist who will make a personal commitment to the health of our patients. Our hours are family-friendly and, we believe in a stress-free and sophisticated work environment, where team members enjoy working together to serve our patients. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Assist in the collection of payments and manage billing inquiries. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before patient appointments. Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management. Skills Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with dental office procedures.
