As a Front Desk Employee, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their overall experience at the club. This part-time position not only offers a competitive hourly wage starting from $16.00 but also provides the opportunity to earn commissions in addition to your pay. Working at L.A. The expected working hours for this role range from 10 to 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes Monday to Friday shifts and occasional weekends as needed. Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests as they enter the club, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle member check-ins and assist with membership inquiries.
  • Manage phone calls and respond to member questions or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assist in promoting club services and programs to members and guests.
  • Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a health club or fitness environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with membership management software.
