The Front Desk Greeter for the Math Active Learning Lab (MALL) is a part-time role focused on providing support and assistance to students and faculty within the mathematics department. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist students and faculty as they enter the Math Active Learning Lab.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
- Provide information about lab services and resources available to students.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing lab usage.
Requirements
- Must be a current student eligible for Federal Work Study.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with mathematics or tutoring services.
