The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jacksonville Riverfront is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, as well as addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. In this position, you will greet guests upon arrival, making them feel at home and valued. You will administer check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, and handle various administrative duties to ensure the front desk operates smoothly. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering mail and messages, processing guest payments, and coordinating with bell service and other staff members to meet guest needs. Your ability to provide information on local attractions, transportation options, and dining recommendations will enhance the guest experience. Conflict resolution is a key aspect of this role, as you will need to diffuse any tense situations with guests and accommodate their unique requests.
