About the position

The Front Desk Lead/Host at MiniLuxe plays a crucial role in enhancing the client experience and ensuring smooth studio operations. This position is centered around delivering exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and maintaining consistency across all studio locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client service and a commitment to upholding the company's high standards of cleanliness and service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit a deep & natural passion for hospitality while exuding positivity under pressure.
  • Provide exceptional and meaningful service to clients.
  • Build lasting relationships with new and loyal clientele.
  • Support the client experience and studio operations during each shift.
  • Quickly and efficiently resolve client issues in the moment or with timely follow-up.
  • Proficiently schedule and prioritize the Zenoti booking system to drive revenue and balance client/team member needs.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to support the flow of clients and team.
  • Display a team player attitude, willing to jump in to help support the team without being asked.
  • Accountable for driving studio daily/weekly/monthly revenue goals through retail knowledge and premium service selling/upgrading.
  • Process transactions and take payment for all retail/services rendered.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness consistently throughout the day both on the studio floor and in the clean lab.
  • Ensure inventory is regularly and accurately received and accounted for.
  • Support weekly/monthly inventory counts in the studio.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in retail, spa/salon, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter.
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and communicate cross-functionally.
  • Problem solver, able to navigate operational issues with resilience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to studios within the market.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Zenoti booking system.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a hospitality setting.
