You will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient inquiries effectively. Verifying patient insurance information and collecting co-payments will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will maintain electronic health records using medical software ECW, ensuring that all patient information is accurate and up-to-date. Coordinating patient flow within the clinic or office is essential to ensure that patients receive timely care.
