  • Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews and employee orientation.
  • Manage shifts effectively, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on sales techniques and guest service best practices.
  • Maintain administrative records related to sales, inventory, and staff schedules.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest service inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent service standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales & revenue principles and handling all guest transaction procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members, guests, and vendors.
  • Experience in recruiting, employee orientation, and training is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed required.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
