Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest services

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests
  • Conduct night audits and reconcile daily transactions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
