About the position

The Front Desk/Marketing Assistant at Centro Management, LLC is a full-time entry-level position that combines front desk responsibilities with marketing support for multifamily properties. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to develop marketing skills while ensuring smooth office operations. The assistant will engage with guests, manage communications, and assist in social media marketing efforts under the guidance of the marketing director.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, answer phones, and direct calls as needed
  • Monitor and respond to emails in general contact inboxes
  • Process and distribute daily mail
  • Send out renewal letters and type correspondence for the founding partner
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area
  • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of social media campaigns for 15+ multifamily properties
  • Create and schedule social media content using planning software
  • Analyze engagement metrics to enhance best practices and increase online visibility
  • Respond to comments and help foster a positive online community for each property
  • Collaborate with teams in Marketing, Maintenance, Leasing, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and quality content
  • Travel to properties as needed to capture on-site content

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
  • Interest in marketing, social media, and property management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Comfortable with planning and social media scheduling software
  • Valid driver's license for occasional property visits
