Responsibilities
- Handle phones, patient scheduling, and communicate with pharmacies, lab companies, and other medical vendors.
- Assist with faxes, prescription calls, and manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and payments.
- Conduct vitals, room patients, administer IM injections, and perform blood draws.
- Maintain cleanliness, order supplies, and manage inventory.
- Keep tracking documents up to date and update our electronic health record.
- Schedule specimen pick-ups and maintain patient forms.
- Contribute to our IV suite and, if you have IV certification, excel in this area.
Requirements
- Valid IV Certification certification (required).
- Experience in taking vital signs (1 year required).
- Experience as a medical assistant (1 year required).
- Phlebotomy experience (1 year preferred).
- Ability to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ 85258 before starting work (required).
