Responsibilities

  • Handle phones, patient scheduling, and communicate with pharmacies, lab companies, and other medical vendors.
  • Assist with faxes, prescription calls, and manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and payments.
  • Conduct vitals, room patients, administer IM injections, and perform blood draws.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order supplies, and manage inventory.
  • Keep tracking documents up to date and update our electronic health record.
  • Schedule specimen pick-ups and maintain patient forms.
  • Contribute to our IV suite and, if you have IV certification, excel in this area.

Requirements

  • Valid IV Certification certification (required).
  • Experience in taking vital signs (1 year required).
  • Experience as a medical assistant (1 year required).
  • Phlebotomy experience (1 year preferred).
  • Ability to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ 85258 before starting work (required).
