The Front Desk Medical Receptionist at Riverside Imaging Specialists is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment. This role involves managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and handling payment transactions, ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line phone system
• Greet and assist patients
• Schedule and reschedule patient referrals
• Collect co-pays and patient payments, and post payments
• Enter patient data into the computer
• Fax reports as needed
• Assist in attorney medical records

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Entry-level experience

Nice-to-haves

• Preferred knowledge of medical terminology
