About the position

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Forest New Albany, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that they feel valued and attended to from the moment they arrive. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, and your demeanor and professionalism will set the tone for their experience with us. In addition to greeting guests, you will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls using a multi-line phone system. This will require you to provide accurate information and assistance to guests and visitors, ensuring that their inquiries are handled promptly and courteously. You will also manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs, which will involve coordinating with other staff members to ensure a smooth process for our guests. Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints will be a significant part of your role, and you will need to do so with a focus on customer satisfaction. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area is essential, as it reflects the professionalism of our establishment. Additionally, you will assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
