About the position

The Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at a fast-paced law firm involves supporting attorneys and paralegals while managing high volume calls and various administrative tasks. The role requires effective communication, scheduling, and clerical duties, with a focus on providing excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys and paralegals in daily operations.
  • Process high volume calls and schedule appointments via Zoom and in person.
  • Take detailed messages and interpret information from clients.
  • Provide case status updates and process daily mail.
  • Set reminders for deadlines and receive payments.
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
  • 1 year of computer skills (preferred).
  • Detail-oriented and a team player.
  • Reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a law firm environment.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology.
