Responsibilities

  • Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
  • Answer the telephone and respond to routine inquiries and emergencies.
  • Relay calls to the proper department and perform related clerical duties.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, and life safety systems to ensure resident safety.
  • Document and report resident concerns appropriately.
  • Maintain visitor sign in/out book and complete maintenance request work orders.
  • Complete daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain emergency contact information.
  • Receive and deliver packages, plants, etc. as requested.
  • Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong writing skills.
