The Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Representative at Superior Body Shop is a vital role responsible for managing the front office operations of a busy automotive collision repair facility. This position requires a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while handling various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answering busy phones and directing calls appropriately.
  • Checking customers in and cashing customers out.
  • Maintaining organized files and performing clerical tasks.
  • Scheduling appointments efficiently.
  • Managing day-to-day office operations.
  • Performing data entry and email correspondence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an office environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to execute projects timely and accurately.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer functions.
  • Professional experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) experience is highly desired.
