About the position

Teledyne Relays is seeking a temporary Front Desk Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk to support its operations. This role involves managing front desk responsibilities, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and performing data entry tasks to assist the Sales/Marketing Department. The position is crucial for maintaining effective communication and organization within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Answers and screens telephone calls on a multi-line phone system.
  • Performs Denied Party Screening (DPSS) in OCR system and manages the visitor log.
  • Greets scheduled visitors and contacts the appropriate person.
  • Supports the Sales/Marketing Department by performing data entry and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of related clerical and/or administrative support experience in a specialized function or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Secretarial training/coursework from an accredited school preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $41,800.00-$55,880.00 based on experience and qualifications.
