The Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Coordinator at METODICA is a vital role focused on providing exceptional customer service and facilitating the sales of aesthetic services and products. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage reception activities, assist clients, and support the clinical team while embodying the company's mission of beauty and success.

Responsibilities

  • Sell services and professional home use skincare products.
  • Make regular calls and engage with customers on the phone.
  • Organize reception activities and schedule appointments.
  • Answer phone calls and advise clients on services.
  • Confirm and follow up on calls, emails, and messages.
  • Assist the clinical team with client intake and flow, including new client registration and questionnaire completion.
  • Comply with cash control discipline and maintain accounts.
  • Assist the manager with various tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in direct sales and active phone sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a medspa or medical office is preferred.
  • Ability to handle stress and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and punctuality.
  • Presentable appearance and cared-for look.
  • Fluency in Russian and English.
