The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting patients and clients with a positive attitude, ensuring a welcoming environment. This role involves verifying insurance eligibility and calculating insurance co-pays based on that eligibility. The receptionist will also be tasked with scheduling and signing in patients, as well as notifying them when their glasses are ready for pick-up.
