As a Front Desk receptionist, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving our primary aim to be the highlight of our clients' day!

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcoming clients and ensuring smooth check-ins for classes.
• Maintaining regular communication with members to ensure their satisfaction.
• Upholding the cleanliness and presentation standards of our studio at all times.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring equipment is reset and cleaned before and during classes.
• Handling administrative tasks such as responding to emails, folding towels, and restocking supplies.
• Serving as a sales associate for memberships and class packs.
• Participating in studio events to engage with our community.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven exceptional customer service experience.
• Previous experience in a fitness setting is advantageous.
• Willingness to work early mornings (5:30 am - 10:30 am).
