About the position

As a Front Desk Receptionist at our hotel located at 108 Texas Avenue, Bridge City, TX, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with the highest level of service at all times. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience from the moment they arrive until they check out. You will be responsible for greeting guests warmly and sincerely, checking them in and out efficiently, and anticipating their needs to exceed their expectations. This position requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will handle guest registration, room assignments, and room blocking, accommodating special requests whenever possible. You will follow the correct check-in and check-out procedures for all guests, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately. Additionally, you will be responsible for answering phone calls within three rings, providing information, and addressing any inquiries guests may have. You will also manage the issued bank, ensuring that all financial transactions are handled with care and accuracy. This position is full-time and may require working various shifts, including weekends as needed.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
