Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
• Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, including booking, confirming, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and policies.
• Update client profiles with appointment notes and preferences to personalize their experience.
• Process payments and manage the cash drawer with accuracy.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, coordinating maintenance as needed.
• Stay informed about spa offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and management to enhance client satisfaction and improve operations.
