About the position
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our front desk team as a guest experience expert at Tru Salon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest care, which includes answering phone calls, greeting clients, conducting tours of the salon, and managing the checkout process. Our goal is to ensure that every guest has a positive experience from the moment they enter the salon until they leave. You will also be trained in our service offerings, which are scripted to maintain a high standard of service across all salon services. The ideal candidate will have a cheerful disposition and a passion for sales, as you will be expected to promote our services and products to guests. We are looking for someone who is flexible with their schedule, as the position requires availability on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays. The starting pay for this part-time position is $12 per hour, with opportunities for monthly rewards and a potential $1 raise every five months. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a customer service role within a vibrant salon environment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
