About the position

The Receptionist position at Robert Half involves providing excellent front desk service, managing communications, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Ensure security procedures are followed by issuing visitor badges and monitoring access control
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
