As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients from the moment they enter our office. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor, answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner, and scheduling appointments while managing the office calendar efficiently. You will assist with patient registration and insurance verification, maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, and handle patient inquiries while providing accurate information. Additionally, you will process payments and manage billing inquiries, supporting the office staff with various administrative tasks as needed. To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in administrative or front desk roles, with familiarity in dental terminology being a plus. Strong customer support skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and proficiency in office procedures and basic computer literacy, particularly with Eaglesoft Dental Software, are essential. Experience in a dental office setting is advantageous, as is the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are also required.
