Briar Place Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a premier rehab and healing center, we specialize in providing comprehensive post-acute care, including rehabilitation and long-term care. This position is crucial as it serves as the first point of contact for our residents and their families, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, which includes answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will need to demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, as you will be handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service at all times. Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment.

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families.
  • Assist with any inquiries or concerns from residents and visitors.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and their families.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
