The Front Desk Receptionist at Blo Blow Dry Bar/LashKind is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional guest services and supporting the salon's operations. This position serves as the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while managing appointment schedules and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last impression for guests as a Blo brand ambassador.
• Manage appointment calendar and optimize scheduling to maximize bookings.
• Create and maintain a superior guest experience through friendly and professional interactions.
• Participate in maintaining a clean, fun, and respectful work environment.
• Engage in ongoing training and skill advancement to enhance service delivery.
• Discuss and sell hair packages, memberships, and beauty products.

Requirements

• Bilingual and multilingual communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Basic computer skills, particularly with Mac systems.
• Experience in guest services and cash handling.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, particularly Thursday through Saturday.
