The Front Desk/Receptionist position at our Gilbert location is an essential role that serves as the first point of contact for our customers. We are seeking a highly organized individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This role requires a blend of administrative skills and customer service expertise, as you will be managing various tasks throughout the day while maintaining a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction. In this position, you will work from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, where your primary duties will include greeting customers as they enter the showroom, answering phone calls, and ensuring that the showroom is clean and organized. You will also be expected to learn about Hunter Douglas products and systems to provide accurate information to customers. Data entry will be a significant part of your responsibilities, requiring attention to detail and proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Being open to learning and dependable are key traits we are looking for, as well as the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
