About the position

Rosin Eyecare is seeking highly motivated individuals for a Full Time Front Desk Receptionist position available in Evanston, IL. The Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for all of our patients. This role involves managing inbound and outbound phone calls, scheduling patients, performing various administrative functions, and providing superior customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they enter the office. In this position, you will directly greet and service patients for scheduled appointments as well as impromptu visits. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments according to established guidelines, which requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be verifying and retrieving benefits online for patients prior to their appointments and calling patients to confirm upcoming appointments. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support and assist in discussing patients' prescriptions and eyewear options. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of the office and ensuring that all patient needs are met efficiently and effectively. The Receptionist will work closely with the Optical Team to ensure a seamless experience for all patients, contributing to the overall success of Rosin Eyecare's mission to provide exceptional vision care.

Responsibilities
