About the position

We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Marchese Chevrolet. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors and callers. Your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answering and directing phone calls appropriately, and maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area. You will also assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinate projects as assigned. Accuracy in transcribing documents and utilizing computerized systems for tasks such as appointment scheduling will be essential. Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times is a must, as well as providing support for real estate administrative tasks. This position is part-time and requires flexibility, including the possibility of working weekends as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
  • Excellent typing skills

Nice-to-haves

  • 3 years of customer service experience (Preferred)
