The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests upon their arrival, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This role requires flexibility in working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the hotel's operational demands. In addition to greeting guests, the Front Desk Receptionist will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local attractions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service, demonstrating enthusiasm and dedication to ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay. The Front Desk Receptionist will also collaborate closely with other team members in the Front Office Team, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and mutual respect in achieving the hotel's objectives. To succeed in this role, candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in luxury hospitality or customer service, along with knowledge of the OPERA property management system. The ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously is essential, as is the requirement for work authorization in the United States. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the front desk.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
  • Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years' experience in luxury hospitality or customer service required.
  • Knowledge of OPERA property management system required.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Work authorization in the United States required.
