As a Front Desk Receptionist at America's Best, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation within the store. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner as they arrive, setting a positive tone for their experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone, and will be expected to provide prompt and courteous service. This role requires you to maintain organized patient records and assist in managing patient schedules to ensure a seamless flow of customers through the store. In addition to customer interaction, you will be responsible for answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls according to National Vision protocols. You will also process and understand managed care plans, obtaining necessary documentation from insurance companies as needed. Scheduling and confirming appointments, follow-up visits, and classes will be part of your daily tasks, along with filing patient records and preparing for the next day's appointments. Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable, managing daily mail and deliveries, and maintaining an inventory of office supplies are also key responsibilities of this position. You will participate in regularly scheduled mandatory communication meetings to stay updated on store operations and customer service protocols. This role is essential in ensuring that all customers receive high-quality service while adhering to safety protocols, making you a vital part of the team at America's Best.
