About the position

The position involves assisting in the management of the front desk operations at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, ensuring accurate room ratings and proper adjustments to the room rack. The role requires effective communication with guests and adherence to gaming regulations and departmental policies.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
  • Check out any vacant and clean (due out) rooms and change statuses of rooms in the rack.
  • Run alert date reports.
  • Review out-of-order and off-market rooms on a daily basis for validity.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest requests.
  • Respond to guests checking out via video check-out.
  • Offer bell assistance to each guest upon departure and run applicable reports to verify correct room rates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Previous front desk/hotel experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
