About the position

The Front Desk Sales Associate / Customer Service role at Elements Massage San Mateo is designed for individuals who are passionate about enhancing client experiences through exceptional customer service and retail sales. This position involves engaging with clients, promoting the Elements Wellness Program, and ensuring a seamless appointment and payment process. The role is integral to the studio's success, as it focuses on building customer loyalty and achieving sales objectives while providing a welcoming environment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer service experience for all clients every time they enter the studio.
• Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan.
• Follow the proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program and sell skincare products.
• Serve as the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio.
• Ensure the client appointment and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.
• Work as a team with Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the world.

Requirements

• Prior retail product sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred, with a focus on attention, hospitality, and execution.
• Ability to follow a proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
