We are looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales. This entry-level role requires a commitment to excelling in various duties, including greeting and warmly welcoming clients, building client loyalty through excellent customer service, and promoting and representing MassageLuXe in a professional and enthusiastic manner. As a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will be responsible for learning and understanding all Spa services and product lines, selling appropriate services and products by utilizing your knowledge to give advice, and signing clients on as members by providing them with the best value programs that suit their needs. You will also uphold MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness and safety, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain a positive, upbeat, and welcoming atmosphere in the Spa for both clients and team members. Additionally, generating new clientele through grassroots marketing will be a key part of your role. To succeed in this position, you must maintain a consistently pleasant and professional attitude and demeanor, be goal-oriented and motivated to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and possess strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff members. While sales or customer service experience is preferred, it is not required. Flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends, is essential.

Requirements
