Responsibilities

  • Skillfully manage bookings and rebook future appointments before clients leave, emphasizing the importance of regular visits to maintain optimal hair and scalp health.
  • Educate clients on Crown & Raine's offerings, from specialized head spa treatments to premium blow dry styles, and suggest retail products to enhance their at-home care.
  • Process checkouts accurately and smoothly, offering memberships, packages, or loyalty programs that support consistent rebooking.
  • Keep the front desk and lobby pristine and stocked with Crown & Raine promotional materials, creating an inviting environment that reflects the brand's luxury and elegance.
  • Assist with retail inventory management, reordering, and displaying products attractively to boost retail sales.
  • Develop personal connections with clients by remembering their preferences, encouraging rebooking, and providing an experience that makes them eager to return.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in a spa, salon, or luxury retail environment.
