The Front Desk Sales Associate position at PCRK Group is a part-time entry-level role focused on driving sales growth through membership sales, service enhancements, and retail sales. This position plays a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience and building lasting relationships with clients while also educating them about wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and member retention
• Create a great customer experience and build ongoing relationships with our clientele
• Educate clients on the benefits of our wellness programs
• Multi-task between answering phones, setting appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the location

Requirements

• Desire to learn and sharpen sales skills
• Motivated to earn extra money through competitive commissions
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong communication skills
