The Front Desk Sales Associate position at PCRK Group is an entry-level role focused on driving sales growth through membership sales, service enhancements, and retail sales. Associates will play a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience and building lasting relationships with clients while managing various front desk responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and member retention
• Create a great customer experience and build ongoing relationships with clientele
• Educate clients on the benefits of wellness programs
• Multi-task between answering phones, setting appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the location.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Motivated to earn competitive commissions on top of base pay
