About the position

The Front Desk Sales Associate at StretchLab Farmington plays a crucial role in managing member relations and supporting studio operations. This part-time position involves engaging with clients, promoting membership sales, and maintaining a welcoming environment for fitness and wellness enthusiasts. The associate will assist with front desk duties, including checking in members, scheduling appointments, and contributing to the studio's social media presence. This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy connecting with people and are passionate about health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and motivate prospects and clients who participate in stretch sessions
• Build client relationships and the StretchLab membership community
• Help enforce StretchLab's policies and safety rules
• Attend staff meetings and ongoing educational presentations
• Handle member concerns, when applicable
• Assist Studio Manager with studio functions
• Contribute to the studio's social media presence
• Connect and communicate with community partners for scheduling popup events
• Help maintain stretching equipment in clean and proper working order
• Assist with off-site engagement events (as available)
• Weekend hours required

Requirements

• Engaging personality
• Love of boutique fitness and wellness environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and energetically via phone, text, email, and in-person
• Experience selling fitness membership is a big plus (but not required for the right candidate)
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
• Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to schedules

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales (1 year preferred)
• Experience in social media marketing (1 year preferred)
