About the position

The Wellness Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing all aspects of their accommodation and ensuring a pleasant experience. This part-time role involves registering clients, managing reservations, and providing information about services and treatment options, with a focus on customer service and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Manage online and phone reservations promptly
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like the contact information and exact details of their services)
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival
  • Provide information about our clinic, therapists' expertise, rates, and amenities
  • Respond to clients' dissatisfaction in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with our therapists to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully equipped to accommodate clients' needs
  • Upsell packages, memberships, gift certificates, and additional services
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
  • Support management in reaching goals and all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Dynamic personality while answering the phone and checking guests in
  • Experience with spa or salon software, like Millenium or Meevo is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and professional work environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete work
  • Ability to develop ideas and take leadership.
