About the position

The Front Desk Sales Associate at The Camp Transformation Center plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within the gym environment. This part-time position involves interacting with members and potential clients, presenting company programs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the company's culture. The associate will be responsible for checking in guests, conducting studio tours, and implementing sales processes to generate memberships and other revenue streams.

Responsibilities

  • Check members and guests into the club with enthusiasm and high energy
  • Greet and connect with every guest and member in a positive and friendly manner
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all club guests
  • Professionally present company programs and products to guests and prospects
  • Implement sales process to book appointments and generate membership sales
  • Conduct studio tours with new guests while building rapport
  • Sell memberships, challenges, supplements, and apparel
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and obtain appropriate information or take messages
  • Perform data entry and inventory check/restocking
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club
  • Help disinfect/sanitize equipment
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • CPR/AED certified is a plus
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Confidence in generating personal sales and conducting sales follow-ups
  • Ability to help drive revenue streams: memberships, supplements, and challenges
  • Complete administrative work consistently and accurately
  • Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
  • Ability to build positive relationships and rapport with members and staff

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales
  • Fluency in Spanish
