As a Front Desk Sales Associate at our Massage Heights location, you will be responsible for delivering a five-star Guest experience. This includes guiding guests on treatment plans, booking appointments, checking Guests and Members in and out of their services, and building relationships with Guests and Team Members. You will also maintain a clean and healthy environment for all. You will work closely with your fellow Front Desk team, Massage and Skin Therapists, and your Leadership team. We are looking for friendly, humble, positive, and kind team members who enjoy working hard and playing hard. We like to have fun while doing the job. Responsibilities
- Deliver a five-star Guest experience.
- Guide guests on treatment plans.
- Book appointments for Guests and Members.
- Check Guests and Members in and out of their services.
- Build relationships with Guests and Team Members.
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
Requirements
- Entry-level position.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.
